No. ImHurd is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or crisis intervention. It's a private conversation with a real person who will genuinely listen.

If we can't connect your conversation, or a technical issue on our platform prevents it from starting, you receive a full refund. Once a conversation has been successfully completed, refunds are generally not available. Concerns are reviewed fairly and individually at billing@imhurd.com.

Yes. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. ImHurd does not intentionally store credit card numbers.
