How we choose listeners
Every ImHurd listener is a real person we've spoken with personally. We choose them for empathy, honesty, emotional maturity, and calm communication — the qualities that make someone easy to open up to when things feel heavy.
No listener works on commission. No one is paid more for longer conversations, harder conversations, or "upsells." Their only job is to listen and, when it helps, share a grounded human perspective. That's it.
